France, Brandy, 40% ABV
Named for the charming wife of the original cellar master, Odette Villard - this brandy is an ode to the warmth she exuded. Fragrant with aromas of sweet cooked apple/pear, vanilla, and caramel with hints of spice; rounded on the palate, with flavours of vanilla, baked fruit, and spice, replaying on the finish. Very elegant blend of many eaux-de-vie, aged in oak barrels for a long time.
